5th Annual IDM Meeting Photo Album - 2002
On Friday, September 6, 2002, all IDM faculty, students, postdoctoral fellows, and staff attended our 5th Annual IDM Department Meeting. The day began with everyone coming together for a delicious breakfast at North Park Lodge, where the meeting was held for the entire day.
Following breakfast, we convened inside the lodge to hear Chairman Dr. Rinaldo speak on the latest developments within the department. Our new students were introduced, and each faculty member gave a brief presentation of his/her research.
Lunch was served, and after lunch the fun began! We decided to have a carnival this year. Many of our faculty, staff, and students volunteered to create a wide variety of fun and funny games, the winning of which gained the participants a ticket good for a chance to win wonderful, themed gift basket prizes to be awarded in drawings at the end of the day. Cash prizes were also given for the best three games.
Enjoy our photo album of the fun day. As you can see, we had perfect weather and everyone seemed to have a great time. We can call this year’s Annual Meeting a great success!
