View Financial Account
Log onto the Pitt Portal at https://my.pitt.edu
Select the Student Services tab
On the main page of Student Services select the View My Account Summary
Select the term to see the details of your account
Pay eBill in Pitt Pay

Select the Student Services tab
On the main page of Student Services select the View and Pay My eBill in PittPay
Important Information About eBills
eBills are posted in PittPAY each month between the 18th and 20th when you have new or unpaid charges, and the due date is always the 17th of the following month. You must be registered for classes before your first eBill can be posted. Notification of your eBill is sent by e-mail to your official University of Pittsburgh e-mail account.
NOTE: Late fees or payment plan fees will no longer be waived. Late fees will also be accumulated for each month that payment is not made. This could result in a total fee charge of $300. Please review the information on the Student Financial Services Web page if you have any questions or concerns.

June 6 - 6-week-1 monitored withdrawal deadline
June 7 - 4-week-1 classes end
June 21 - 6-week-1 classes end
June 23 - 6-week-2 (6/23-8/2) classes begin & registration ends
June 25 - 6-week-2 add/drop ends and 6-week-1 grades must be "approved" by instructors by 5:00PM
July 3 - Term & 12-week monitored withdrawal deadline
July 4 - Independence Day Holiday (University closed)
July 18 - 6-week- 2 monitored withdrawal deadline
August 2 - 6-week-2 and 12-week classes end
August 6 - 6-week-2 and 12-week grades must be "approved" by instructors by 5:00PM
August 9 - Term classes end
August 6 - Term grades must be "approved" by instructors by 5:00PM

September 1 - Labor Day Holiday (University Closed)
September 5 - Fall term add/drop ends
October 23 - Spring term registration & add/drop begins
October 24 - Fall term deadline for monitored withdrawal from class(es)
November 26-30 - Thanksgiving recess for students (no classes)
November 27-28 - Thanksgiving recess for faculty & staff (University Closed)
December 5 - Deadline for current students to register for spring classes term without late fee
December 13 - Fall term ends & Official date for conferring degrees for December graduates
December 14 - January 4 - Winter recess for students (no classes)
December 17 - Fall semester grades must be "approved" by instructors by 5:00PM
December 18 - Students able to view fall semester grades via portal at my.pitt.edu
December 24 - January 1 - Winter recess for faculty & staff (University Closed)
